VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD, a growing One Stop Engineering Solutions provider, successfully won a job to install, test and commission ICCP system for Eight (8) Numbers huge Chemical Storage Tanks in IDEMITSU, from WILSON TAYLOR ASIA PACIFIC, Singapore who designed the ICCP system.

Having worked successfully with WILSON TAYLOR ASIA PACIFIC, Singapore in many projects, VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD successfully completed the project in IDEMITSU also.

The ICCP system covers protection of Eight tanks with Two Transformer Rectifier Units connected with Four No. of MMO coated Titanium anodes embedded at 40m depth. The installation of anode involved micro piling to a depth of 40m and a few delicate and special steps.

After the successful installation, the TRU panels were charged and the cathodic protection current started flowing successfully to establish the required potential to protect the tanks from corrosion for many years.
