VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD, is growing from strength to strength by venturing into other industries other than Power Industry.

Having equipped with a team of personnel with strong process knowledge about every system in a conventional Fossil Fuel Fired Power Plants including Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plants, VJIKKS ENGG POWER have been entering boldly into other industries and continues to secure projects.

One such recently secured project is from Synthomer.

Synthomer develops and markets polymers used in a wide range of industries to create and enhance everyday consumer products. Whether you’re reading a book, opening a pack of breakfast cereals, painting your kitchen, labelling an envelope, laying a carpet, tiling a bathroom or simply driving the car, you could be using a product that has been produced and improved by Synthomer.

Synthomer is continuously upgrading their plant to improve its operations. In one of their synthetic latex producing plants, several new state of the art MCCs and VSD panels have to be installed and coupled with the existing system.
Installation has to be done in a running plant , under highest safety level, and coupling has to be done within a very short duration of shutdown by carefully planning the activities.

VJIKKS ENGG POWER with their team of personnel having experienced in many Power Plant and other process plant upgrades ,participated in the tender floated by Synthomer in one of their plants located in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia.

Having combined with Erection, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance experience of Power and other Process Plants, the proposal submitted by VJIKKS ENGG POWER was a complete proposal with a clear plan and schedule and also with all safety documents such as JSA ( Job Safety Analysis) for the entire scope of work.

Due to completeness and professionalism of the proposal and also due to very well experienced team of Engineering professional, despite stiff competition the tender was awarded by Synthomer to VJIKKS ENGG POWER (M) SDN BHD.
